A standalone product
Rekenbox is Winstwaker’s calculation and reporting service. A Rekenbox purchase provides the features of the chosen product; a bookkeeping subscription is not required and is not automatically started.
Use and results
The tools use the supplied data and stated assumptions and versions. Check source data and applicability before making decisions or sending documents. Rekenbox does not file tax returns, execute bank payments or issue audit opinions. You retain rights to your data and may use reports for your own work and clients.
Price and delivery
Prices are in euros including applicable VAT. A single report costs €19 including VAT, also without an account. After payment confirmation you download the PDF right away; with a verified email we also send it by email. Without an account, a purchased report remains available in this browser for 30 days; link your email to keep it longer. The purchase covers those recorded inputs and calculation version. Repeat downloads are free; a new report with different inputs is a separate purchase. There is no automatic renewal. You see the preview and retention period before payment. Paid features operate within the limits stated on the pricing page and in the tools.
Registry checks and credits
You have 10 free registry checks per IP address per day, shared across VIES, EORI and suppliers, shared on a shared internet connection. With an account, the website and API also share the same account limit and purchased credits. The daily allowance renews at midnight Netherlands time. Buy 500, 2,000 or 5,000 credits for €5, €20 or €50 including VAT. One credit is €0.01. A detailed report can be bought separately for €19 or unlocked with 1,900 credits from the same balance. Existing VAT credits have been converted to 6 credits per remaining check. After the free allowance, a completed VIES, EORI or supplier check costs 6 credits, whether the registration is valid or invalid. Bulk checks use purchased credits only, even while free daily allowance remains. Lists contain up to 250 rows; duplicates in a list share the same result without another credit. Bad input and outages cost no allowance. Credits do not expire; there is no subscription or automatic top-up. A refund or dispute blocks the affected pack. Already spent credits are offset against the remaining balance.
Bulk and recurring checks
Bulk EORI, IBAN, invoice and supplier checks cost 6 credits per completed row; UBL costs 6 credits per completed file. Import duplicates are skipped. A substantive finding counts as a completed check; unreadable input and outages are not charged. A supplier with multiple supplied identifiers costs 6 credits total. VAT monitoring costs 6 credits per completed number per round. Monthly rounds follow the first round; you can pause, delete or explicitly start an extra round. Maximum costs appear before your instruction. Insufficient balance pauses monitoring; credits are never purchased or renewed automatically.
Previously purchased access
New subscriptions are not offered. A previously purchased subscription retains its existing term and renewal arrangements. Cancel a future renewal in My reports under Manage existing access. Changes, effective dates and any prorated amounts are shown in the billing portal before confirmation. There are no automatic charges for usage above the API quota.
Refunds and rights
You can request a refund of the initial purchase within 14 days in My reports. The associated access is blocked and the next subscription renewal is cancelled. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights. For unresolved issues, contact us through Help.
Teams, widgets and API
Agreed team seats, widget installations and API quotas remain available for existing licences. A widget works only on the configured website origin. Do not expose API keys in public code. Do not bypass technical limits or resell widgets without the appropriate licence. Licensed access ends when the subscription ends.
