How this tool works
Record the project, work, start and end time and break for each day. The tool deducts the break and adds the entries. Describe the work specifically so you can understand the records later.
Timesheet in Excel
Prepare your overview and select Download Excel · .xlsx beneath the result. Results and tables appear on separate worksheets with frozen column headers. Use CSV when required by your accounting package; Excel is suitable for further review and editing.
Common questions
Can I enter an overnight shift?
Split a shift crossing midnight into two calendar days. Each row assumes its start and end are on the same day.
Does a timesheet prove I meet the hours criterion?
The export records your inputs. It does not verify that every hour is accurate, complete or eligible for tax purposes.
Can I download an Excel file?
Yes. Prepare the overview, then use the .xlsx button beneath the result. It downloads a real Excel workbook with separate result and table sheets.
Is my original file stored?
The free calculation and download run on your device. Downloading is not an automatic backup; keep your original records and output.
